Annabell Chips: Outta The Wild

Chapter One: Running Away
My name is Annabell Chips. I am ten years old, and currntly climbing down the side of my house, using a huge rope I found. I hear footsteps above, and shouting. Luckily, no one cares about the window. Obviously, they think I'm long gone. I reach the bottom. I start running toward the woods, and make it there witout being spotted. I hated sneaking out, and being caught, because I always was. This as te first time I ever made it without being caught. Actually, its the first time I made it out of the ten times I've attempted running away. I completely hated myparent, and misbehaved on purpose, and tried to get sent away, but nothing ever worked. Not even me bring a knife to 'Dad's' work, and cutting it to shreads. I've done that ten times. he just fake laughed, and sent me to my room. Yes, I am ten years old, and very resourceful when it comes to ideas that DONT work. I hated my parents, and I was possiblely finally getting away from them.
I was out of the woods when the police finally came. Clearly, they were too lazy to come soon. Our house ws only half a mile away from the police station. I would no. I've been there at least one hundred times. I started running towards the outside of town, so deffinantly wouldn't get caught. I raced past the back of houses, and finally made it out of town, and farther. I was on my way to freedom, ad no one could stop me.

Chapter Two: Two Years Later....
The name's Chips. Annabell Chips. I am a runaway, and the daughter of Demeter. Yeah, you heard me right. Demeter's a Greek Goddess, by the way, and not a myth. Anyways, my father and I had some 'diffrences' that we couldn't settle. Anyways, my only friend is my teddy bear, Richard. Yes, I'm twelve years old, and love my teddy bear to death. I got Richard when I was born, which was on Valetine's Day. Thus, he had a red scarf with white hearts on it. Richard has been my only friend for twelve years. no one likes the ADHD girl who's dyslexic. (might'v misspelled.) Anyways, I'm currently setting up camp. A voice comes out of nowhere. "Need help, little one?" I could tell it was a guy, maybe a few years older than me. I ranged his age by his voice from three to seven years older than me. "One, it's Annabell, not little one, and two, I don't need you help. Demeter is watching over me, and that's all I need." I said, almost boastingly. A young man stepped out of the shadows. "Well, Annabel, you seem rather proud for a runaway." The young man said. I took out my sword, which was nonmagical straight sword, from China, that I had stolenfrom a Chinese man at age ten. "I'm sure there's no need for a fight, little one." The young man laughed. I still held my sword. "Who are you?" I asked. "I am James. I am the new swordfighting director for Camp Half-Blood.It's a place for people like you." The young man said. "Um, okay.... Please go away. You're scaring me." I say, but drop my sword. "Do't worry, daughter of Demeter, I won't hurt you." Jamessaid, and somehow, I believed him. "Okay, James. i believe you. But why would YOU want to help ME? I'm just another runaway. Aren't I?" I asked. "No, you aren't. And I want to help you because you are too young, and you're traveling alone. You would die without help. AND it's my job to protect young demigods." James said. I stared at him in awe for a whole minutte, then walked arcoss the campsite, to him, and wrapped my arms around him, in a hug. I pressed my face against his chest, and cried. It had been a long time since anyone had actually wanted to help me. No one had wanted to help me, ever, actually. I stood there, my face pressed against James' chest, and cried for almost an hour, before passing out.

Pretty beast. Of course mine is better xD

I spend like a whole hour on that! you better respect that! lol

Yours is longer than mine. I like writing a lttle then when I get to a good spot to leave the reader waiting, I stop.

I enjoy writing more. Its fun
