I take my cell out of my pocket and dial my boyfriend's number. It rings once and he picks up.

"Lauren?" he ask.

"Yea, Evan." I say.

"What happened to you?"

"I can't tell you...."

"Why not?"

"I just can't...."

"You sound depressed."

"I need you."

I rolled my eyes. "Oh gods, will you just shut up." I said to him, glad he left.

I came back and slapped him as hard as I could and left.

"OWWW!" I said. I scowled at him and left.
